I do realize that this video does contain a plug for a diet book, and WeHeal works very hard to keep advertising to a minimum on our “CrowdHealing” platform because we want the information you receive on WeHeal to be non profit, organic, and evidence based, not the biased noise of people trying to sell you something. However, sometimes valuable content is paired with a plug for a product. This video has some incredibly valuable information about things in our diet that are negatively affecting our health, and I believe the value this information and its importance to general health warrants the posting and sharing of this on the WeHeal platform. Please watch!
