Additionally, findings from the phase II MEDIOLA trial evaluating the combination of the PARP inhibitor olaparib and the anti-PD-L1 inhibitor durvalumab (Imfinzi) demonstrated a 72% ORR in patients with relapsed, platinum-sensitive, BRCA-mutated ovarian cancer.
