Hello, Hope today is pain free for you all. Thanks for having me. I have TN on both sides. I had an MVD on worst side 5 years ago giving me 50% less pain on a bad day and 70% less pain on a good day. I still have flares. I am having one now. I think its winding down after preforming a Transnasal Sphenopalatine Ganglion Block. Nothing else was working. Glad I remembered I had that option, lined up for myself. I won’t go to the ER for pain so I have worked hard to have ER meds on hand.
