  • I have been affected by breast cancer. My mom has survived breast cancer twice but I have two friends who died from breast cancer at a young age. As a yoga therapist I was excited to get certified in a level 1 yoga for breast cancer recovery and beyond training. I would like to share some of my training to help with women who have frozen shoulders. This is a common problem after surgery. Doing gentle shoulder shrugs and shoulder rolls often throughout the day can be very helpful in getting blood circulating in the joint.
