Hey, moderation is the key here. Too much of anything can upset a person’s body chemistry and cause dire conditions. Also, today’s meat is full of hormones and artificial colors, chemical and medical additives, etc. It might just be hazardous to one’s heaLth! Acupuncture needles never stung me. Just close your eyes and do not watch what’s going on. It does make a difference in the treatment. However, the meridan or acupuncture point tapped begins to move the chi, thus possibly causing that sensation. I’ve only experienced super results from acupuncture. Energy healing relies on a belief in the ability of a practitioner to channel healing energy into the person seeking help by different methods: hands-on,[1] hands-off,[1] and distant[1][2] (or absent) where the patient and healer are in different locations. The Brockhampton Guide to Spiritual Healing describes contact healing in terms of “transfer…[Read more]

Back again about my ankle rehabilitation after my trimalleolar fracture of October 20, 2015. I can walk again, but my ankle keeps popping out of place. Going to the chiropractor every one to two weeks to have the ankle reset properly is a pain, in addition to it being a temporary solutions! Does anyone have any ideas on how I can stabilize my […] View
