i was a Buddhist for 25 years and sat a lot. i do not do much now. i do a gazing practice at the mountains out my windows, a “safe place” practice that is used in emdr and i listen to emdr music. i personally believe sitting alone can cause dissociation and there are scholars that agree. i hope when i get housed to find a dogzchen group to sit…[Read more]
