The microbiome: interesting point. I take it on a empty stomach. That’s supposed to help. Fibro sufferers often have IBS or SIBO as I did. Hasn’t been worsened with nascent iodine.
I’ll ask Maggie about the gut microbiome.

Hi Eric,
Many people I’ve spoken with have found Nascent Iodine very beneficial. At least 5 others with fibro have benefitted. Others have found it helped them lose weight if they needed to lose weight. Several people have found it stopped flaking skin. All have said they have much more energy and they had learned to cope with fatigue so long a…[Read more]

Anyone try Nascent Iodine, selenium and vitamins B2 and B3?
That particular form of iodine gave me some relief pretty quickly. I had a life again in a month though it took almost a year for benefits to reach hip area. Shoulders and neck responded quickly. The selenium, B2 and B3 support. I am able to function much better 16 months later.

Hello Genevieve and thank you for your joining us here and thank you so much for sharing whats worked for you! As a transplant patient with severe symptoms that seem to cross between Fibromyalgia and MS, I wonder if this combination would be beneficial for me as well? I do take lots of B2 and 3, but haven’t tried the iodine and selenium which i…[Read more]
